My big dog Ammy – who is about 160 pounds – got a bath today, and quit surprisingly, he was rather well behaved. I like to really take care when bathing my dog as he has some sensitive skin, which can really get dried out after giving him a bath. I had ordered some skin care products online for his fur, some oils and lotions, to apply following his bath today, so his skin wouldn’t get dried out. I have found that by using skin care products to moisturize his skin following any bath, that I don’t have to worry about him suffering from dry skin and being uncomfortable all of the time. I like to get him skin care products that don’t have any fragrances or alcohol in them so that they won’t further irritate his skin. It is really easy to apply the skin care products following a bath for puppy as well. I simply cover my hands in the skin care products and then massage them lovingly into his fur coat, so he can look great and enjoy healthy fur after bath time.
