Today when I was watching TV I learned about a home facial that women can make using cooked carrots, honey, avocado, and a bit of heavy cream. It sounds like an OK facial, and I might try it, but I'd rather buy my skin care products that have scientifically proven results to achieve beautiful, radiant, healthy skin.

We are so lucky to be living in a time when science and chemistry can concoct some really healing skin care products. The Internet is a great place to buy them, too, because it takes very little time to find them, do some research, and then wait for delivery. Back when I was a kid, there were very few skin care products to choose from and absolutely no internet, so our grandmas had few options for skin care products other than either making their own or letting time take its course. Fortunately, we have so many more options and the Internet makes it possible for us to have beautiful skin for many years to come.
