This weekend I noticed that I was finally starting to get into the swing of the holiday season. As mom mentioned to me when we were talking on the phone sometime over the weekend, the season is coming whether we want it to or not, so I was happy to finally 'feel' like I was getting into the spirit of the upcoming season.

I love the holidays and am usually pretty quick about getting my shopping done early, but I've been busier than usual and the furthest thing from my mind has been the holidays. Mom is right though, it's coming whether I'm ready for it or not, so it's time to get busy coming up with gift ideas. Giving happens to be one of my favorite parts of the season. Several people that I know and love have mentioned that they are struggling with dry skin this year, so I know that they'll be getting skin care products in their stockings. I actually could use a few new skin care products myself, so when I get ready to order for them, I'll also be ordering skin care products for myself. The way I see it, I may as well kill two birds with one stone, plus if I order all the skin care products at once, I'll save on shipping.
