However there is more to choosing a fragrance perfume than just the smell. It seems that people are also influenced by other factors such as the name of the product, the bottle and the way it has been packaged. Now many fragrance perfumes are also endorsed by celebrities such as singers, socialites and actresses. I have lately been wondering how many people are more likely to buy a fragrance perfume because it is associated with the name of a certain celebrity. It is not something that I have ever done before. I suppose it is something I might consider doing if I were a huge fan of the celebrity endorsing the product.  However I have not been star-struck since I was an adolescent. That’s what leads me to believe that celebrity endorsed fragrance perfumes are generally marketed at a younger audience. For instance a young fan of Sarah Jessica Parker and the Sex in the City TV series is sure to be delighted by any perfume for women associated with her name.
